Effective date: 11 September 2026
Educator Systems aims to make its website and educational resources practical and accessible to as many users as reasonably possible.
Accessibility is considered during the design and review of ES resources. Depending on the product and format, this may include attention to clear language, readable typography, logical information structure, consistent navigation, usable spacing and layout, colour contrast, avoiding unnecessary visual clutter, keyboard and browser usability for interactive resources, and alternative presentation of information where practical.
PDF, HTML, spreadsheet and other product formats have different accessibility characteristics. Some complex interactive tools or visual educational resources may not be fully accessible through every assistive technology.
ES does not claim that every existing product meets every accessibility standard or every individual's access requirements.
Accessibility is an ongoing part of product development rather than a one-time claim. ES may revise resources when accessibility issues are identified or when practical improvements become available.
If you experience difficulty accessing the ES website or an ES product, contact [email protected]. Please identify the page or product and, where comfortable, describe the access problem. ES will consider reasonable ways to improve access or provide an appropriate alternative where practical.
