Educator Systems creates structured educational resources designed to help educators turn information into practical action.

What ES does

ES develops resources such as educator guides, classroom systems, planning tools, observation and documentation resources, interactive educational tools, staff resources, educational explanations, templates and implementation supports, and school, early childhood and OSHC operational resources.

The focus is practical educational use.

What ES does not do

Educator Systems is a digital education resource business. Unless explicitly offered as a separate service in the future, ES does not provide individual student consultation, therapy, psychological services, medical services, diagnosis, clinical assessment, individual case management, individual behaviour assessment, formal behaviour support planning, crisis intervention, legal advice, school compliance certification, or individualised professional recommendations about a specific child or student.

Resources versus individual advice

An ES product may help an educator understand a concept, observe patterns, organise information, consider possible explanations, select strategies to consider, plan classroom responses or document educational information. That does not make the product an individual professional assessment.

Educator responsibility

Users remain responsible for considering the individual student, their professional obligations, relevant policies and legislation, existing plans and professional recommendations, their organisation's procedures, and the limits of their own professional role.

ES and other professional services

An ES resource may indicate situations where further advice or assessment could be appropriate. This should not be interpreted as ES providing that assessment.

Independence

Educator Systems is an independent business. It is not a program or service of the Western Australian Department of Education and does not claim Department endorsement.

Our basic standard

ES aims to make educational work clearer and more practical without pretending that a downloadable resource can replace the judgement, relationships and professional expertise involved in real education.
